incompetent people

I've been waiting just over a year to get into my second year of schooling for my apprenticeship.
today I get a letter from the school saying that I have been excepted to the level ONE class. This means someone entered me into the computer wrong, which put me onto the wrong waiting list. Now I'm going to have to wait another 6 months to a year because someone was a fucking retard

I seriously hope this person gets fired

So because someone messed up your name should go above others that may have been waiting just as long or longer??
