I had the same problem yesterday.

Opened it in explorer instead and it loaded up fine.

WAY TO BE FORWARD THINKING THERE TRANSLINK!!!

Then again this is the company that didn't think the Canada Line would disturb the traffic and businesses all that much along Cambie.
