sharing an internet connection...

i have cable internet free as part of my rent but the bad thing is the cable comes down from my landlords office through my window. i swear that at least once a week something comes loose and i lose my net connection for a day... well that day was yesterday and when i checked it this morning before work, it wasn't bad.

i just hope that it's bad online when i get home from work. i don't want to go upstairs and bother them about it. they usually end up noticing the problem pretty quickly.
