ive hardly left my bed the last week and i nap too much so now im awake all night! fuck sakes. fucking myspace doesnt help, neither does having friends overseas in the middle of their day talking to me. neither does drinking caffeinated beverages, neither does listening to music that i can't help not moving around too. this sleep thing is overated theres far too much that i could do instead.

the only thing that keeps me awake is caffiene
hence why im up still i drank a coffee at 3 and had some green tea at 8 and im still wide awake it really effects me... if you cut coffee out completely you might find u sleep better... also if i really can't sleep i take gravol it works well |

smoke some reefer an hour or 2 before you wanna go to sleep, so that the burnout is synchronous to your bed-time.
usually works, but not always. When I really can't get to sleep I just stay up, smoke pot and do something like write or play music until I've had my fill. Then it's slightly easier to go to sleep because I've spent a good portion of the energy on the hobby, there's not enough energy to keep me up dwelling about life. |

My sleep wake cycles are fucked up because i'm an RN. During two out of the four shifts in a set that I work I have to get up at five thirty am. Then I have a switch over day where I have to get up by five thirty pm. I usually try to stay up a bit later than usual so I can sleep a lot during the day.
My days off are usually spent feeling quite jet-lagged and trying to get my body back to a regular shedule. I also think the amount of sugar free red bull i've been drinking is affecting the quality of my sleep. But I need it to function now. :P |

I wish i could read what I write about at those hours.
...I wish I didn't drift off on the table eventually and wake up with one side of my cheek in the blue paint, and my hair in the green. Sleeping is impssible..THEY ALL SAVE THE GOOD MUSIC FOR THIS HOUR.. college radio wize....i blame them usually..Then i have one day when I crash....and I tumble downwards into the abyss of unwakeable and decaf oscar inspired grog. |
