"Give the movie away" Previews on rentals

I'm starting to get sick of the intro-style of some rental movies. For instance we rented Vanilla Sky last night and there was a 1-2 min clip of half the movie before it even started. Like come on I don't want to see that shit before I watch it. Wtf are they thinking putting that before the movie? I like surprises and watching the movie and enjoying it as it develops I don't want a sneak preview of the thing.

*thankfully I saw this in the theatre so this particular movie wasn't spoiled.

Hehe...i don't blame ya. I have to admit 98% of the previews are junk ....but....there have been a few previews that have interested me enough to rent a few flicks so i guess they're doing something right....

Ahhh..i hate that..its like when ur friends give away the ending of a movie they already watched..then it ruins it all and u don't really wanna watch it anymore~
