"farm vehicles" and ppl who can't drive them

Every year atleast a couple of these vans packed to the brim with ppl hits a ditch or center divider rolls and kills a few ppl - they need to stop classifying vans as farm vehicles so this shit doesn't happen anymore

this accident happened right out side my work site today

there was also 2 airvac hellicotpers that they landed on the highway 50 feet back.

the paper this morning said the van had a ply-wood bench built into the back of it, to cram more people in.

They're still looking into whether the van was heavy enough to avoid seatbelt regulations.

Regardless, there shouldn't have been loose wooden benches in there either, which is against regulations..

But mostly the driver shouldn't have rolled the van.

It's a shame these people had to die because someone felt it necessary to put benches in the van with no seat belt...
