I hate them!!!! You can't speak to a HUMAN!!!
Getting a copy of your credit report is next to impossible!!
I work for a bank, and I can't get a credit card with them because I apparently have had 2 collection notices in 2006. This isn't true! But you can't just call and talk to someone.

^^ You don't even get that.

You call this 1-800 #, then you type in your information with the dial pad.
Then it says sorry, we are unable to access you file.
Then it gives you an address to mail you information to.
From there, they will mail you a phone # with another 1-800 # to speak a human.
From there, they take you information and say sorry they can't discuss this over the phone after you have given them all this information.

From there, they will mail you a copy of your credit report in 30-60 business days.

Make sure you check TransUnion too...Canadia has 2 credit bureaus.

Sometimes things will show up on one and not the other.

There is an office in burnaby... if you're taking lougheed highway coming from austin area or coquitlam centre area... u just keep going down lougheed highway... pass lougheed mall.. and in the beginning area around brentwood mall etc... there is a big brown business building.... and equifax has an office there where you can talk to someone in person
