If you got a nice car, you gotta take care of it. No questions asked. No reason to beat on it.

And as for the brakes, that's what they were meant for: to stop. Since when does using your brakes ruin your pads? I don't understand where you're coming from. Better than rear ending the person in front of you. I'd rather "ruin" my brake pads then "ruin" my front bumper.

Most of these people can't drive in the first place. It lessens the chance of them getting in an accident. They have more time to react to their situation.

Slow and steady is the way to go. When you're at the track or some other controlled environment, drop the hammer. I'm not saying I have never exceeded the speed limit, because I am guilty as sin, but generally slow equals safe.

ƒORM is on a distinguished road
I'm a 100% in harmony with ya on that one..

Mchammered, Kimmie and I are all sitting at Confections dessert bar when we see this brand spanking new NAVIGATOR pull up and do a U-turn on this tiny street just off Denman. I sit there watch him pull this jack-off move and back into a pole and grind his bumper along the no-parking sign. The funny thing is he gets out and doesn't notice shit!? I could see the bloody scratch from my table as i sat there and shuttered...What a moron!...dood hand me the keys to your $60,000 ride and In return i'll buy u an old VW wagon that u can beat the living shit out of...

Rich Fucks with nice trucks!!! GRRR

This aint optional! Just hand ova the muth friggin keys biotch!

LOL

That was a pretty funny sight Alex. That guy was CLUELESS as to the turning radius of a Navigator, there was no way he could have made that U-turn.

As for rich people with nice cars, I say get a cheap beater and purposely bang into the fuckers that own them.

I hate people that buy nice, performance vehicles (or anything NICE) and just baby them. You own the product for &(*$&(* sake! USE IT!

If you want an example, next time anyone of you meet me, ask me about the watch.

Vrooooom...and Crash!!!

Hahaha...I totally remember that Lex. We were like WTF? *jaws drop* I can't believe retard :058: didn't even notice that crash!!!

All I have to say to this topic is that if you've just bought a car that burned $60,000+++ in your wallet, then who the hell cares about some stupid $300 brake pads???

We all know you're rich buddy, but don't join the "30km Club" just to rub that in our faces :097: Punch that GAS!!!

No offence to you, Booey. I apologize.

The point I am trying to make is that a lot of these fucks are the ones that cause 90% the accidents, because they have no clue as to what is going on. One example is that dude in the Navigator that Form mentioned above. That sign could have been a parked car.

Providing both vehicles are insured, who pays for the damage?

ICBC.

ICBC handles claims like this EVERY DAY. Most of the people invoved will try to milk ICBC for all the money that they can. What does this mean to the average consumer?

Higher insurance rates.

Now I don't know if you drive at all, but paying for insurance is the worst part about owning a car. I pay over $1300 a year to insure my '99 Cavalier Z24. I had to put the fucking thing under my dad's name because I have not yet "earned" my 40% discount and Roadstar staus.

$1300 is a lot of money for a student to pay. Put that on top of another $400 a month of money I owe General Motors, 76 cents/litre for 87 octane, $24 a year for fucking Air Care and you can see my point of view.

I love to drive, but I don't want to give these bastards any more of my money.

And the fact that ICBC has a MONOPOLY doesn't help matters at all.

Do I hate ICBC? You damn right I do.

And Kimmie, juss so you know, Navigators are a good 15 g's more than you mentioned above. That equals to aboot 90 g's after taxes.

That makes that guy look like an even bigger retard!!!

I don't know about a Navigator costing $90,000 after taxes.

I might be wrong, but if it did cost that much, then I now understand how STUPID that driver/owner is.

Who the hell would pay that much for a Lincoln?!?? Or for a sport utility that will NEVER see any off road action. Unless drving over a curb and hitting a post qualifies.

i knoe if i had a nice ass ride i would find only cetain times and places to punch the gas and drive it like it was meant to be drivin.. but even i believe if you have a nice car take care of it. whats the point of showing off to those who don't own it. if you know its fast and nice thats all that matters.

thats my 2bits:031:

Yeah your right... The price for a 2000 Navigator (after tax) would be close $90,000.00 dollaz

The ticket price on mine was $72,000.00 dollaz before tax. lol

Oh and also,,, my Navi HAS seen off-road action,,, just ask Kev and Lex:D

Atta boy. Not too many people out there carry this attitude anymore. People don't realize how stupid this SUV craze has become. I hate people that buy a SUV because they think they're "cool".
