Damn Free Shampoo Samples
grrr... I hate the way that they never open!! you're standing in the shower fighting with your teeth to get it opened and you are already wet so you don't want to get out and find a pair of scissors...................... and then once you finally get it opened, there isn't enough shampoo or conditioner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is sososooosos annoying!

i think that they purposely make the samples hard to open knowing that there will be problems in the shower..so then u won't get a good enuf sample of the product and end up wanting to buy it to try it..?...sneaky huh?..

when i was younger i took over my neighboors paper route for the summer and i was to deliver shampoo samples and i kept them ALL instead.
