25 min, and i'm still waiting, only to hear " Thank - you for continuing to hold" Please wait for the next avaliable customer service representative" Just when things can't get any worse, buddy on the other end can hardly speak, english... All i could understand was "call back otay" i can't access u account infoooooo-matioooooooon......

WORD. I have rogers too.

I still remember the time the customer service line actually HUNG UP ON ME! It said, "We're sorry you're having problems. Please try again later." and the line went dead. WTF!

yeah, it's true.
I've personally never had customer service problems with them, but if I ever had a problem, they would always help me and give in whenever necessary :)

I tried to cancel my account today, but I came crawling back after realizing that they would be probably the only phone company that would continue billing me by the second...

I hate how they ALWAYS manage to screw you over somehow.

Although on one occasion my bill reached a whole 800 big ones, due to the fact that I didn't pay it for a few months... One drunken night I phoned the 1-800- customer service line... Even then after waiting, finally I was connected where i would start almost an hour long conversation with a guy from rogers... I told him I couldn't afford an 800 bill blah blah blah... Then I started the flirty thing, and what have u.. After pulling up my account info.. He pointed out that i was charged for roaming calls and that he'd look through my records and see what he could take off... He called me back a few hours later.. He was able to take off more than a couple hundred bucks... like almost the whole thing, and I know for a fact that I had maybe 20 bucks in Roaming. A revised bill came in the mail with my new balance, then at the bottom i saw I was charged $3.95 for "bill-reprint"
That was the best 3.95 i ever spent... :).. H

just remember...

when going with rogers.. NEVER change your plan online (it won't go to what you want and you'll end up getting some huge ass bill...)

and never allow automatic payment with your credit card!!

if you don't do those two things you should be fine.. hehehe =)

All cellular phone companies have changed back to BILLING BY THE MINUTE due to loss of $$$

as of now, Microcell aka FIDO shares are selling at 0.065 cents, which you can pretty much tell now isn't going to survive.

Basically if you owe money or pay more than $70-100 for your plan you get faster service and a CSR with more experience, if you pay only $25 or are on pay as you go... you pay as you wait and you get the least experienced CSR.
