Maybe I'm mental I dunno but I have to walk up escalators. Honestly I could fucking care less if you feel the same way just so long as you don't STAND on the WALKING side!

It just drives me fucking insane! I think it's because I use the Skytrain way too much. I even make sure to step rather loudly if there's someone in my way (usually I'm coming from my office job which means I've got boots or heels on) and still some people don't comprehend. I wouldn't doubt it if one of these days I just lose it and actually follow through with my sadistic lil thoughts of bludgeoning unsuspecting lazy immobile strangers.

I mean honestly is it that hard to step aside to the right and let me pass?

Grrr... the masses bother me.

I find that most people get it... I guess the loud clomping boots help to remind them *grins*

I think the whole "being on the other side" would trip my up briefly but I'd get it quick enough.

I guess people will just remain oblivious and continue to aggravate us in minute ways... damn them! Yet another reason people should have to take a test before they're allowed to procreate.

i find a good way to give some one the hint that you would like them to move is to forcefully grab them on one of their shoulders and then pull them past you so they go flying down the escalator stairs. it will be the last time they ever make that mistake again OK

AAAAAARg.. i hate it when people do that! They're usually standing there talking to someone, meanwhile taking up the whole escalator! it's like damnit!! IS IT THAT HARD TO STAND IN FRONT OR BEHIND THEM AND TALK TO THEM?! or if you have to look them in the face and stand beside em, wait that 15 seconds until you're off the escalator..


stupid stupid people..
escalators scare me, so i don't enjoy being on them for long. stupid people keep on longer then i need to!

people r so dumb....i just use the stairs at the skytrain its faster and not as annoying....but if i have to use an escalator and kinda pushy about it.....like get the hell outta my way in a silent way...

Ok.... it seems like everyone here agrees that they hate it... so where are the people who don't get it? I've pushed people over before trying to get past there monkey asses.

It's a pretty simple concept methinks. I agree with Cerah... just another reason people should be tested before they procreate. We can add it to the list.
