nervous stomaches
grrr.. i hate them
i always get them when im nervous.. (duh. *LOL*) but like ALL the time... it woke me up and i havent been able to sleep.. i dont want to eat and i feel like crap. anyone have any suggestions on how to make it go away? thanks muchly! |

Peppermint tea does wonders for nausea.
But, for digestive upsets and sore tummies, GINGER tea is the best. I like to make it with fresh ginger and honey, but you can also get instant powdered tea mix from fine establishments like t&t supermarket. |
