really? i always find them to be nice, but then i haven't worked out in a while. a lot of the ppl that work their aren't even in shape. it's funny.

actually i realized that it was just the davie street people who have attitude

i went to the cambie location on wednesday and they were really sweet there! :)

I gym for free at my friend's building in Yaletown. They have a huge facility that is usually empty with stuff like all the machines, weights, exercize balls, squash court, pool and hot tub. I hate personal trainers who are over peppy, boring and invasive.

Ryan and I are going to buy passes to Minoru pool in Richmond. There's a gym and two pools, two hot tubs and two saunas, and not too many people go there. Sweetness =)

Gyms scare me...I don't like all the machines!

pools are great because if you do laps you get a pretty decent all around workout minus the sweat :)

(plus after, chilling in a hot tub is nice)

I got out of my Fitness World contract with a doctor's note. And it was legit...I couldn't work out anymore, dramatically increased the risk of having a Diabetic seizure, and no one there knew ANYTHING about type 1 Diabetics, so no one could help me. Even my doctors were spellbound.
