my manager sucks too.. she tried callin me in on saturday and i was at volleyball in north van, so i couldnt make it in, and i said "sorry i can't come in rite now im at a volleyball tournament" then she says "oh its okay im sure everyone has a better time outside enjoyin the bright warm sun, everyone has their own busy lives.. have fun doin wutever ure doin"

today mine had this little lunch meeting
where we had a training session
and instead of getting paid for it
we got free lunch

she knows that i don't eat meat
cuz we talked about it 2 days ago
and i walked in
all meat sandwiches
i ask her "oh are there any vegetarian sandwiches?"
and she said "there were a few but people ate them 2 hours ago"
and i said "oh"
and she said snarkly "i guess your not eating then"

luckily i wasn't heading home for dinner tonight and i had packed a meal
so i ate it for lunch instead
and still had to sit through the stupid meeting
while people pigged out on their pig and beef sandwiches

ahhhh that's so not impressive. i would have totaly gone off on her, i know you cant cuz its work.

but that sucks hun. i hope you can find a nicer boss :)

yah....negative people suck....being around positive people is where it's at.....
i had when people are so negative about everything...it makes you feel so depressed and negative when you're around them....therefore they are NOT GOOD...not good at all

You should have still gotten paid for the training session, lunch or no lunch included.

That's not right. If it's something work related that you have to go to they should be paying you for it.
