Well I just finnished reading the reviews for Spooky and I'm really dissapointed that the lights had to be on. I'm not sure what lights u guys are talkin about but that's bullshit. As for the sound levels in the main room, that's bullshit too. How many parties have pumped at the plaza before? They're just clamping down now on sound levels? It's bad enough that the promotors got to pay all these really expensive fee's to throw the party (pay for cops, permits), you'd think that they would let the music be cranked and have the lights off. It is a RAVE after all. Fun-couver my ass.

Your lucky they even let it happen there.

Most of the people who attend raves are not legal voters. City Council cares what the voters want.

Apparently the music is too loud for local residents past a certian time.

It's silly I know, but it makes sense from their point of view.

So the only way to have a pumpin system going all the time at an event would be to have it earlier?

That's such crap. It didn't seem to be a problem for about 3 years! Now they all of a sudden change it?
