Summer shoes and foot owwwwiesssss!
Groan!
The spring collection of strappy sandals and pretty pumps are amazing this year! Getting used to the new shoe season - mmm not so much. Every year it takes my feet a good month or so to get used to the cuts, blisters and bandaids. By mid summer they've been prepared, but the time leading up to then is painful. God dammit! Does anyone feel my pain? I mean, I work in an office, so I have to dress up. But open toe sometimes means open for pain lol. I wore those flip flop type sandals with the mini mini heel.. and already i feel an owie comming on. any tips ? /rant

I have the same issue, I don't really wear the strapy sandle too often so I when I do I get the water proof bandaids because they're clear and I put them on the area of my foot that get the blisters.

wow, i leave this thread unattended and what did it become lol
yaaaaaaaaay sandles! boo blisters! although preparing by applying the bandaids BEFORe is probably the best way. will someone please tell me why they make shoes that look fabulous but are seriously torture sometimes to wear? and why we are so naive to go through the pain, and put on a happy face, because they're FABULOUS! hahah. chicks are weird. but i'm damn proud to be one!

mmm havianas. ill wear flip flops 99% of the time in the summer.
the only time i wear uncomfortable shoes is for a shirt period of time so i get through it. however after 2 or 3 wears they become no problem at all. i find the cheaper the shoe..the more painful. id rather spend more to get a longer lasting more comfortable shoe.
