Try using shout gel, that stuff is fuckin amazing!!

If all else fails, if it's on the white leather part, go to the shoe store and buy white shoe polish, it works miracles yo! =0)

Anways, good luck, I know how much that sucks, ugh! My Etnies that I got for xmas are soooooo dirty and I can't get them clean, and my mom doesn't wanna buy me a new pair (I have these DOPE ASS roxy's on hold) but she hasn't bought me shoes in over a year.
