Need a remedy

This never used to happen to me, but lately when I get minor colds, I sometimes get really clogged up sinuses, whereby when I sniff, it's like something is wound up in there and is winding tighter and tighter :(

Anyone have a good remedy for this condition?

years of volountarily sticking powders up my face taught me an old trick. Guess it was good for something

mix 1 cup warm water, and about a tablespoon of salt
tilt your head back
pour a bit down each nostril and sniff. repeat until better.

I was going to mention that creepy thing that Elliot told me about ask people not to recommend it but I couldn't remember what it was called.

if you're getting sinus headaches, I would suggest getting some OTC relief..you can get relief for days (and you'll get a little loopy) and nights (and you'll get a little drowsy) but it does the spot as I usually get afflicted with those for a week or two every year.

And seriously, just have fun with the loopy/drowsy side effects. ;)
