work is such a bitch...i work friday nights and saturday nights till about midnight each which really fucking blows....u noe how much shit i miss out on because of the bullshit shifts i get? ya just cuz im a kid doesnt mean i dont have a life and like to go out and party sometimes? FUCK...like i dont ever get to go to n e house parties...drink....go to raves...NOTHING...this is soo bunk and i cant even switch my shifts anymore...like what the hell is up w/ this shit?? grrr....new years eve till 11...and new years day at fucking 11am.....this is bullshit....and christmas eve too...:(:(

I agree... u shouldnt have to work 24/7... I was working non stop like that until I got really mad and told them I didnt want to work anymore... Also I felt that there were better things to be doing that going to work...party party party.. lol hehehehe

k well, i could quit...but im not going to....just cuz i need the money and it pays good...i'm jus saying i wish i didnt have the bullshit hours...like w/ skool and everything...and my parents...its a drag....i seriously havent gone out on a weekend in almost a year now.....which is brutal...but w/e....i was just venting!

i figure its just one of those things you gotta do in life, so i try to enjoy my job as much as i can, there will always be those days when you dont wanna go to work you just gotta face them and get smacked in the face.
It gives me something to do too with my time ( while giving me money ) so it aint that bad.

heh. You know what. You are young, and it doesn't matter that you miss out on stuff. Trust me. I used to think it was the end of the world when I missed parties in highschool, and shit like that, but when I look back it really wasn't.
Durning highschool, I never had fewer than 2 jobs, and worked everyday (sometimes twice in a day), and now during university I work almost 50 hours a week, and some of the hours are shit (4am???), but I take those hours because it allows me to go to school. It is true that the more money you have, the more you spend, so I have become accustomed to spending quite a bit of cash, but I've also saved a lot, and I think I'm in a lot better spot than a lot of my friends now because I do have money saved up. Basically I say, work as much as you can, sure you miss stuff, but thats life. But never let work get in the way of school. If my grades ever dropped I would cut my hours right away.

but u still have that feelin like...damn i wish i could do this or that or be w/ friends....and stuff.....i know i have to live w/o that shit for a better future...but i still wish i could do it and it kinda bugs me sometimes
