I found that if you want to get a tune out of your head, the best way to accomplish this is so sit down and listen to a cd or somthing. Usually this is not nessesary cause you can handle humming the tune for the rest of the day. But when its one of thoes REALLY bad songs Ie. "The song that never ends" then this cource of action is needed.
