Someone once told me something about 'looking up at the light' when you have to sneeze to make it come out..

although it doesn't always work, and yeah..it gets really frustrating, especially in allergy season.

i was told that to look up in the Light when you're about to sneeze you'll stop.

My grade four teacher told me that. It worked for years and I eventually forgot about it until now!
