Actually let me rephrase that... having the worst circulation on the face of the planet!

Merrrr...

Bad circulation runs in my family. Combine that with the fact that I used to smoke a half pack to a pack a day for six years (quit 7 months ago... GO ME!!).

It totally sucks though because right now my poor lil fingers are like icicles =(

I can't hug/touch/cuddle Ryan because he screams and jumps away because my hands are so cold... even when they feel kinda warm to me. Okay sometimes it's funny and I take advantage of that but that's only cuz I have a mini evil streak :kam:

But ya... I hate it....

my hand and feet used to be like that..been then i started doing alot of cardio and shit and now my hands and feet are never cold, even walking around on barefeet on cold cement isn't that bad.

haha..me too... i can only raise my hands above my head for like not long at all before they feel like they're gonna fall off

I have bad circulation too. But in my legs mostly.
When I sit down for awhile the underneath part of my legs start to cramp up really bad and its SOOOO painful. I can't even describe the pain and it can last for 2 days.

i have the same fuckin problem..im always fucking cold..its gotten to the point where i hafta wear 3 sweatshirts and like 4 pairs of socks..and gloves and everything and IM STILL FUCKING COLD...god damn...i need to live somewhere hot :(

I just kinda don't notice it afcter a while. Mainly it's just my extremities that bother me. Especially my ear right now w/the 2 inches of metal in it... kinda hurts a bit when it gets cold.
