Mm hmm. Telus is okay most of the time, but every now and then it takes forever!
Rogers is horrible too. I get to sit there listening to news 1130 for 4829305 minutes before they tell me "Oh sorry, we can't do anything, you're not the owner of the phone" and then hangup. (Even though I'm supposed to be authorized to make changes) Oh well.
