I agree with you 100%. Everytime I browse that section (which happens very, very rarely), my head starts to spin...It hurts!

^^ I guess for me it's not the talk about how stoned people are that gets to me...I don't mind convo about issues, critiques/praise, stories, etc, about experiences with marijuana...it's just that some of the posts are so stupid and far from common sense (such as the post about driving and smoking weed) that it's hard to take some people seriously. I kind of feel like I'm listening to a high school conversation in "the pit" whenever I read that forum...

why does smoking weed put people in high school, let alone grade 10?

I dont understand how you can generalize like that tho. i know alot of people that smoke pot that have finished high school....i know alot of very successful people of all ages that smoke pot and have for years. not just teenagers smoke pot.....thats like saying just teenagers smoke....or just teenagers drink....nuff said

What I was ranting about is people who keep telling each other stories like that as their main topic of discussion. It's fucking mindless and whenever I hear people talking about that shit it just REALLY irritates me.

It's generally kids in highschool who act in this idiot fashion, which is why I said grade 10.

Whatever, I like weed too (not as much as I used to, makes me too lazy), but I really dont see why people make such a huge deal out of it.

Other things that irritate me with their utter stupidity are things like the "I'm high right now" posts. WHO FUCKING CARES IF YOU"RE HIGH?!?!?!

Maybe I'm just making too big of a deal out of all of this but this is just one of those things that just sends me into a temporary uncontrolable rage....

Oh Im not sayign that if you smoke weed you're dumb and doomed to an unsucessful life. Shit, one of my best friends is the smartest guy I've ever met(he just finished his masters in Math at UBC) but hes also one of the biggest stoners I know, but he doesn't make a big deal out of it or bore people with stories about how he got high and watched TV and eventually took a piss.
