Insomnia
Sleep.
as much fun as the occasional flail and uber late night up are, my usual style of telling my body to stop being a pussy and doing more begins to fail when my brain becomes numb, slow, and tarded due to sleep deprevation. sleep is fuckin amazing. i enjoy sleeping 18 hours a day, assuming no one wakes me up. but in the last week or so ( no, drugs are not a contributing factor) my mind has decided to start being a dirty cunt and has started fuckin around with my body by NOT sleeping. as much as i've enjoyed being awake and staring at my ceiling for the last 3 days, i was wondering if anyone had any remedies for knocking out the noggin, short of knocking me out literally. thanx :) note: gettin stoned outa me goat hasn't worked. such a disapointment :toasted: |

Go to a GNC in the States and buy a bottle of Melatonin... preferably the sublingual version.
The sublingual one is like a mint and you place it under your tongue and let it dissolve. It enters your bloodstream via your tounge and cheeks. Melatonin is a chemical your brain releases when your body wants to sleep. When you feel drowsy and your body cools down a bit that it when melatonin is in your bloodstream and you want to sleep. By taking it you are 'tricking' you body into sleep mode. Melatonin is not a sleeping pill... it is more of a sleep aid. If you pop E then taking 5-htp and melatonin after a party will aid in getting you to sleep and getting your sleep patterns back into rhythm. |

i dunno, usually for me i ride my bike or do sum hella exercise, go straight to my room and hyperventilate for a while, have a cigarette, oh i know!!!!! i always try and read before bed and i wake up with drool all over the book in the morning, ya for sure.
so let me get ur problem straight, r u trying to go to bed on drugs or not on drugs, if so wut kinda drugs, do K, it always makes me pass rite out. i wish i had ur problem, i wanna be awake, like i tell my friends to meet up with me somewhere and then i pass out and wake up the next day to find out that ive totally ditched my friends, and that sux!!!! but lately ive been sleeping way too much and i feel like im missing sooo much!!! like its ridiculous how much ive been sleeping. like i used to sleep 6-7 hours and now its like, days on end, and ill totally forget what day it is!! its crazy, hopefully i helped u out but probably not, but ya for sure reading a book always knocks me out, like get one of those huge ass ones the ones that make u say(fuc its gunna take a year to finish this!!!) try it out, if it doesnt work im terribly sorry and hope that u soon find dreamland. :keebler: |

I've been suffering from mild insomnia for the better part of this last year. 4 hours a night on average. some nights are better than others so I don't think of it as that big of a problem. I can still sleep like a baby after being up for 24hours + sleep is fucking amazing.

Try 2 stiff shots of whiskey and 2 valume preferably 15mg and then smoke a large dewb of fine herb or bong tokes of killer hash if you dont sleep then I have only one suggestion sleeping pills from the drug store. (nytol extra strength) Failing even that I think you should try that whole getting nocked uncontious thing it will work however temporary it may b! :smoke1:

i cant sleep in the summer. its too damn warm. but i the winter, i leave my window open so its nice n' chilly in the room. then my blanket becomes soo warm and cozy. waking up is a bitch...

i love sleeping it's my favortie thing EVER I sleep so much, to much, all the time. I sleep all day and then go out at night and then come home and sleep some more. The other day I drank too much coffee and it actually prevented me from sleeping (which was a first) I was so fucking bitter if your having trouble sleeping take a sleeping pill |
