2 a.m RCMP calls...

yes - at 2 i could hear me cell ringing
drunks friends or drunk boys wanting to get laid
either or I was not waking up for them

moments later the house phone...sheesh - so I get it
and it's the North Vancouver RCMP and they have some questions for me about a guy

Now I'm not entirely sure what's going on - I told them everything I could about the guy - apperntly my phone number was in his cell phone - and though i don't know the owner of the phone I know the friend (who they seemed to be more interested in) and they asked me to keep my cell with me today so they could get a hold of me with more questions if need be

I was up til like 3 a.m with them - I have no idea what is reallly happening - something about a car found somewhere odd and missing people
they weren't specific

now my brain is thinking allt hese funny thoughts - some because of the phone call itself, others because i couldn't sleep afterward and am somewhat delirious today

I'd be thinking of what kind of friends I have if, because of them, the cops phoned my house at 2am.
Any people I know that get caught up with the cops I decide not to talk to. I don't need any more shit like that in my life.

that's what i thought.

seems a little weird they would call at 2am just like that. can you trace back the number they called from?

Yup - call display
plus I had to phone them back cause I remembered something and it was the RCMP office

I really did get a call at 2 a.m from the RCMP...and I still don't know exactly what is going on

well that's good. as long as it actually was the rcmp. y'never know with some of the weird people out there and the things they do.

^^ Okay well I bumped in tot he guy they were asking me all the questions about
1 - he is not dead
2- his friends car was stolen with his cell phone in it -
3- the car was ditched like in the woods of North Van

the police were calling because they were trying to decipher whether or not the car had been stolen or if foul play had occuered to it's occupants - The car hadn't been reported stolen when it was found - and I guess where it was found aroused some suspicion as to what had happened - because of that they phoned me - as they were trying to determine immediatley whether or not human lives were in danger.

Still - everything was so round about.....so odd.
well everyone is okay
I don't like being woken up like that - very unsettling.
