^^ i never said their "good" customer service was actually good, but it could be alot worse. (and is for some people)
the customer service we get isn't that great, but it seems to be alot better then what people with a basic landline get. we have phone line, second line for a fax, call waiting, caller id, three way, long distance, internet and two cell phones.. i've found though, that if you need help with your internet, and you don't know a thing about computers, they'll just screw around with you. if you actually know what you're talking about, they'll be of much more help. sucks, but that's the way it is (for now) |

now their working with hardly any staff...and they still expect to be able to run the company the same. apparently their service levels are going to be returning by late november or early december. it was all over the news a couple weeks ago. |

^ It only took a few hours to disconnect my landline in my old apartment, that's weird.
Telus blows, I've always had to wait atleast half an hour to talk to somebody, and that's after the maze of press 2 press 5 press 6 etc etc that you have to get through first. But they can't "go out of business" they have the monopoly. I don't think you can get a home landline from anyone else? |

hrmm, my ADSL internet from telus died on saturday.. I called em up on sunday morning. they were really helpful. A guy came this morning and brought me a new modem(old one died, among other things), nice speedy service. Maybe their problems have been turned around... or at least their internet techs are better :P
