This sucked royal ass. I mean, I still had fun, but when do the headliners ever all pull through for any party in Vancouver? DJ's are so unreliable. How do we know he had food poisoning? I use that excuse too when I'm calling in sick for work.

Who cares about the local's everyone see's at like every party, i would much rather see Olav. I've already seen him twice though so it's not that big of a deal. I still hate it when the headliner's i'm looking forward to seeing don't show up though.

this sorta thing happens, it isn't the first, and won't be the last. sometimes there are things out of the dj's and promoters control, and shit happens. ie flight delays, people gettin sick. it's called life. deal with it.

of course this is just common sense....

yes. he was sick. Dave armstrong is a good friend of his and confirmed that he WAS in the hospital.

yes its shitty that we didnt see olav, but as for the guy who said they dont want to see out locals that they see everywhere... when was the last time you saw Dave play? and anyways , he is an internationally recognized and respected producer and Dj, and he IS a headlining dj. we just dont realize it here in vancouver.
