ankle and shin pains
oh my god! ankle pains are probably one of the worst pains that you can encounter on a day to day basis!! even watching ankle pains reminds me of how much they hurt!! like when you're walking down the road and your foot gets stuck in a rut and BAMN! you move forward and your foot doesn't!!! OUCH!
shin pains are also another fucking bitch!!! i've smashed my shins way to many times! and its hurts for so long!! i get these all the time now that i skate!!! GAH! i know somatic LOVES ankle pains!! :Peenutt:

when i used to run a lot of track i'd get shin splints all the time. I have a knee problem as well. I have "squinting patellas"...no joke. shin splints is the worst though cuz when you'd come down from jumping a hurdle, it would KILL. cuz i BELIEVE (i could be wrong) that the shin is the only bone that is directly connected to a muscle...and when that connection tears, you get shin splints.
and then i used to play a lot of soccer, and shin guards didn't do SHIT. i remember having bruises all over my shins cuz people would kick you and shit. it didn't feel very nice.

ya, shin splints hurt like a bitch!... I got them frum highland dancing and they got so bad at one of my competitions that my legs got all swollen and I collapsed frum the pain in the middle of my dance! haha.. it wuz embarassing.... and now when I go running they usually start hurting too... but my sister got shin splints and then got compartment syndrom on top of that, which is the worst! she had to have surgery n everything.. so I'm jus hoping that wont happen to me too!
but with my skateboaring my shins are gonna b all banged up too.. but it'll all worth it right? hehe ~breezy

shinguards are dope..
especially when you play field hockey..the only competitive sport i play! i take my stick and hit people with it..especially my opponents...If they're wearing shin pads i just attack the knees and watch them bitch!
If you ever catch me in a bad mood and i'm armed with my field hockey stick..run for your fucken life, cuz i'm not afraid to use it.. haha BEWARE

i'd like to add another!
IMPACT WRIST PAINS!!! those are when you are doing something and you slip or fall and land directly on your hand to support your fall but then you fuck up your wrists. i remember trying to board slide and the deck slip out from under me and i landed directly on my palm and BAMN! sheering pain all the way my arm! and my wrist went totally numb! no nice at all!! sammie. i feel your shin and knee pains! when i played football i remember getting smoked in the knee and shit all the time. i took a helmet to the shin once! NOT COOL AT ALL!! :Peenutt:

i have two bad knees and fuck when im at work they hurt like a biatch man its was all from lacrosse....and every since ive stopped BMX and mountain riding it has begun to hurt even more i should ride more

vince i totally know what you're tlaking about..the whole wrist impact thing... it all happend to me BACk in the day...grade 7 basketball tournament, my stupid team mate tripped me by accident and i fell on my wrist and fractured it...out for the season...THANK YOU
THEN last year up at grouse going down that stupid cut run...going ot fast..couldnt' stop fall on wrist and break it !! now it's still pretty fucken weak and i have to wear a brace under my glove when i board so idont fuck it up some more!! haha that is all

ack..all the pains!!...i hate wrists pains..i rememeber breaking a rollerblading fall with my hands...i ended up spraining one of my wrists!!..ahhh~
and ankles..i have a bad left ankle..so whenever i go hiking or do lotsa leg stuff..i always step off a bit and it bends a cracks...but nuthin bad happens until the 3rd crack..then i gotta limp..the 3rd one's a charm?..no..it sucks!!

I remember back in the day when I used to play field hockey and I used to get the nastiest shin bruises... *OUCH* Those girls used to slam those sticks at your shins as if your legs didn't even exist.
Now I'm bartending, and I'm having a lot of wrist pain...should invest in one of those wrist guards, but too lazy right now. :284:
