I've owned a cell phone for over 10 years.

I know I have a growth forming on my hip and rear of my head due to all of the radiation from ym cell phones I have owned over the years.

So being a loyal Telus customer I thought I might get a break right?

My contract comes up for renewal and it states 'Sign up for 2 years and get:

Free Basic Voicemail, free Called ID, free call forwarding or 10% your bill'

The basic package comes with 3 way calling and a mini (3 message) VM anyway, so now they shaft me by not providing me with caller ID or call forwarding. Both of which I use all of the time and had for free over the last 5 years.

So I bite my tongue and renew picking the caller ID feature for free. So what do I do today? I try call forwarding my phone. Guess what? It WORKS!

Fuckers tried to get an extra $3 a month for something I get anyway. Or else they forgot to turn it off.

In any case. FUCK YOU TELUS! I wish you had rate packages like Cantel. I'd go to them in a minute if it wasn't for the better reception I get from you.

ive been with fido(they sucked badly)
now im with rogers/cantel and the reception thing is right
there plans are good but the reception sucks
but hey im happy with my plan and phone no complaints
as for telus/bell what ever the hell it is now when i lookded around for a new phone i thought that telus wasn't that great so i turned to rogers ......now that i find u starting to dislike telus im kinda gald i went with rogers

my rents have telus.. they get all those renewing things to [they've had it for a long time] and they get all those if you renew u get this stuff.. they were pretty good tho cuz my dad's phone was old, he wanted a new one.. so they gave him the phone for $150 [the price that you get with contract] if he renewed [like he was going to anywayz] insteada paying full price [$500 i think] for the phone..

but telus plans suck.. well for the average person anywayz.. most of their plans are business...um.. i dont' rmemeber the word i'm like for.. butlike their meant more for business.. that's why i went with rogers..and i'm happy.. and the reception isn't that bad.. hell it's better then fido..adn that's all i care bout! =P but reception has alot to do with ur phone ot..so i've noticed..
