i dont think there is a right place to meet guys\girls. these things happen by chance at any place, any time.

sounds like perhaps that you should be looking for a friend that you can get to know. Then perhaps take it to the next lvl after you know what kind of person they are. This may be a bit more time consuming but it will also save you alot grief. If they dont turn out to be someone ou can relate with then you simply have another friend.
