working your ass off...
...and STILL getting yelled at by your boss...
I was probably working 3x harder than everyone else (including my boss) doing frozen juice (worst job next to ice cream) and he still gives me shit for not doing it fast enough... one day I swear I'm going to slash his tires... and nobody is going to catch me because everyone working there has the motive to do it...

man, once... and let me tell you this is true... my buddy was all like 'FUCK JUICE' and the boss was like 'WHAT DID YOU SAY', and he was like 'NOTHING' (they both were yelling) and he was like 'DID YOU SAY FUCK JUICE' and my buddy was like 'NO' and the boss was like 'EVEN THOUGH YOU WORK 3x AS HARD AS EVERYONE ELSE, YOU'RE ON ICE CREAM FOR A FUCKING MONTH, MENDOZA'.
so like my buddy worked on ICE CREAM the HARDEST JOB for like a month and we were all like 'MAN THATS LIKE THE WORST JOB, WORSE THAN FORZEN JUICE'. i think he ended up killing himself because he worked really hard and they made him do ICE CREAM. unfair. tragic to lose a life that young. so yeah liam think about that.

i feel yah, my new job's manager is a total sexist guy. im the only gal in the whole store and he definately treats me like a different type of human being. everytime i work with him and we close i dont get to fix the shoe wall nor do the runbacks... i sweep and clean the clothes. there is a lot of climbing ladders and shit to do and he tells me if it hurts my legs to just tell the other guys to do it...wtf climbing the ladder is PART OF THE DAMN JOB. anyways.. yea im just learning to adapt to him right now, and i like the challenge a lot. the more he looks down on me, the more i wanna kick ass and show him what i can do.

Generally speaking it takes a manager over 3 months to start feeling comfortable with an employee to the point that they are not only aware but confident in their abilites and talents. Bebe I can't imagine anyone giving you a hard time. When I have seen you working on the Raves that I have been involved with you have always worked hard and you'd be an asset to anyones team.

Wow! Some scary stories in the workplace.
I'm a supervisor at my work... and I hate creating a negative atmosphere. I like to give my team the opportunity to share their creative ideas, and reward them if necessary. I've been buying Tim Horton's and Panago for what seems like forever now. LOL! Also visiting Safeway to buy treats. I think it's all about organizational behavior and some "supervisors" lack that nowadays. Set in their ways... closeminded. In retrospect, I do have a cut-throat style to me as well, but you gotta really piss me off or not fulfill your job duties continuously for horns and pitchfork to come out. I think, in all honesty, one should voice their concerns. Communication is key. If they brush you off, it really tells you what type of atmosphere you are working in. So, the question is... are you in or out?
