WinXP Formating Drive D?

I don't think it has FULLY kicked in yet, almost in a state of shock. I just installed winXP home (actuall CD verison) and everything went smooth, worked fine when I installed on my buddys comp. So I came home, backed everything up to my D drive, almost 2 years worth of work, mp3 collecting, all my downloads, icq backup, site backup, email, the works! And I get into XP and wtf, my D drive is cleaned, gone, trashed, EMPTY! So yeah, im kinda felling weird, donno what to think. All my work, images, sites, everything, gone.

home is a cracked version. cracked versions are bullshit. if ur using a pirated version, the only version that will do you good is XP PRO CORP ED. it wont send and resend info to microsoft.
so if u installed XP HOME and u didnt activate it with microsoft then they probably screwed u over, if u are using a copy that u bought and u did activate it, then i dunno man..
