Yeah, they blow chunks. They kinda take up you're whole day, cause theres not really enough time between the shifts to do much. I remember those shitty things from when I was a line cook at a Pantry Restaurant! Whoooo.....so glad those days are over!

Taking a nap I found was always a good use of that time.....or any time for that matter.
