no, our work is similar.
i'd like to say he is copying me, however i notice its just a huge trend all over to do this kinda thing, plus i go for more detail\a touch more realism.

but i am very bitter towards him as he has merchandise and i dont.

I've never seen your work. I was making comparisons based upon more of a bitter, suspicious, art student vibe I was picking up.

How could he be copying you?

to cut it to the chase - i've been making these little bitter guys since i was in grade 9 (about 5 years ago) and slowly as my skills got better was able to make them do things\have captions. then last year as i was preparing my portfolio i showed some of my sketchbooks to my brothers girlfriend, she then went and got a magazine and there was sam browns work, and it was extremely similar and i was like whoa that kinda sucks. then she showed me a bunch more artist with the same sort of stuff and i was like wow.

so i donno how long sam brown has been doing it, but ive been doing it for 5 years. i just assumed ive been doing it longer.
