Throwing up.. [ IMPORTANT! ]

Eww.. I am sick to my stomach right now, and it's been since about 8 50 am.

I dunno wtf I should do... If I even move, It makes my stomach feel so much worse... Should I just induce vomiting and get it all out of my system.. OR .. should.. I let it empty itself out on its own?

Some got stuck in my throat.. and then I had dry heaves. So yeah.

This is NOT a fun day for Claire.

i'd say just puke and get it over with?
when ur body is trying to puke it usually means there's something in your system that your body wants OUT.. and vomitting is the fastest way to get it out.. so why hold back?

i usually find quite often latley i've been feeling pukey and like it seems ur feeling.. and then eventually i just puke it all out and after a few minutes and brushing my teeth and everything i feel almost fine..

so maybe just puek to get it out and over with?

throwing up makes girls skinny! k.. thats bad.. i would say lie on your side, listen to some ambient.. ask your broham for some aphex twin or something, just mellow yourself out, or work on something to take your mind off it..

if all else fails.. MAKE YOURSELF PUKE TILL YOU CANT PUKE ANYMORE.. it could be food poisioning maybe? i know when i got food poisoning i was crappin' and puking.. not at the same time though... PHEW

Heh.. I went to sleep for like 13 hours..
And I still feel kinda sick.. I'm SURE it's not food poisoning, cause I haven't eaten for like 36 hrs now.. I think I just have a bad case of the flu.

Anyways, I gotta make it thru today SOMEHOW, because I have a job interview at 1:45.. So there's no eating for Claire at all today :( Ergh.. I haven't eaten for ALMOST two days now.. Some caesar salad or something would be SO good.
But... Then again, I don't want it to all come right back up.. :x

I guess I should probly go have a hot shower/bath.. And get supah clean.. it will make me feel better.. BUUUT.. Right now I don't really wana move. I'm still RED from having a fever :P I guess I should take some of those children's tylenol that my mom got me.. hee hee. I can't swallow pills when I'm stomach sick.. It just doesn't work.

When you start getting sick to your stomach... Try not drinking tap water without boiling it.
