I find that it I keep moving and or busy, I'm alright. But as soon as I sit down for any amount of time I'm out cold, just like an old man. Many a time I've been found asleep on some chair, head back and snoring. And if someone asks "hey, were you sleeping", I always say "No, I'm just resting my eyes." Again, like an old man I be.
