Androganinity
Does anyone even know how to spell that, is that even a word?!
Ya, what the hells up with guys who look like girls and girls who like guys. Flat chested girls, big tittied guys. what's the world coming too? how do the androginous work so well as models? personal general rule of thumb: If you're not sure at first whether it's a guy or girl in your first confrontation, don't stick your penis in it. anyone have an interesting stories about confusing genders? |

gender is something assigned to us by society - we have decided what women and men should look like and dress like - then we have used the media to propogate these ideals
but as our roles change, and definitions change there is an ever increasing gray area....between the male and female role and it has litttle to do with sex. We aren't in desperate need to breed, to make more babies to keep our population from extinction - our species breeds with relative ease and we sit up the top of the food chain so sex is not simple for reproduction any more - and because of that and because of the ever increasing equality between the sexes - in countries like Canada and the US there is a lot of play between the gender roles -- Women and men don't have to fit into rigid definitions Androgyny doesn't mean a man looks like a woman (so it's not really the dude with big titties) -- it means a person looks sexless -- almost as if they are something in between - they are a mixture that you can't tell either way - there are a lot of 'heroin chic' ads from the nineties that would fall into this category I think that as society evolves even further we will see more and more blurring of gender lines...gender is a societal construct and i think much of it will eventually be unisex Last edited by Jingles; May 07, 04 at 01:30 AM. |
