HEY NOW!

nothing wrong with jogging!

i love jogging/running! it's great exercise..good way to warm up, or quick exercise when i don't have time to go to the gym! it's great for the legs, bum and tummy, and the fresh air is swell!

I feel that way about men (in particular) at the gym who are unimpressively lifting more weights than their body can handle

they also make that unattractive grunting noise.

Ah ha, I knew it... You're all the ones yelling at me from your cars and throwing slurpees, rocks, etc... when I'm running.

...I need to start carrying a brick with me when I go running from now on..... a little resistance training... and ammunition.
