I had never suffered from allergies when i was younger, but now they have started to affect me, i dont know what im allergic too but the last two weeks have been rough my troat hurts my nose is all stuffed up, and my eyes are kind of itchy...fuck.

go to your doctor and get an allergy test.

they test almost everything and see what you're specifically allergic to, so that you know what to take to make you normal.

for me its the white fluffy tree spunk thats everywhere. (dogwood i think)
we just moved to the outdoor pool and everytime i raise my voice to give instruction, i cough up a lung. this year my sinuses are staying pretty clear but my lungs\throat is awful.

^ i can see that fluffy white shit outside too! everytime i go on my balcony i can see it everywhere. the look of it makes me sneeze... alergies suck!

one thing i suggest is getting a pX of 'flonase' it's a nasal spray. works like a charm & you get affective allery relief all day long (it says that on the bottle :202:)

ALLERGIES SUCK

i started getting shots last september and they're still going on till around august this year... my sinuses are much better but my eyes still get really itchy sometimes

I used to take allergy shots twice a week for 3 years...and they did nuthing :( . When spring/summer roll around I'm a mess I'm pretty much allergic to everything outside my house for example diffrent types of grass, pollen, certain trees, animals with fur, dust, mold, oh and i'm sure there are just so many more. *hugz* to those who suffer from allergies!!! :)

^^ wow.. that really sucks! maybe your allergist didnt diagnose the allergies properly? i used to get a stuffy nose and sneeze a lot.. and my throat would get really itchy but that's all gone now... only thing left are my itchy eyes
