Bobby Flay was the guy who jumped on his cutting board, he is on the American version, which is essentially 3 knobs from the food channel. They even managed to drag Alton Brown into the mix :(

In regards to the topic... I've never seen Iron chef america.. just the original.. You can get the american version on DVD tho. I saw it at virgin
