its probably from the weather change... usually happends to me, or food can also be a trigger like coffee , chees n chocolate

I use to seem to get them once a month when i was in junior high and high school didnt go along with my period or anything. I just would have to go home sleep for a bit wake up puke then sleep for a bit more and I am all good.
