do some lunges. they make your ass hurt like whoa, but it works. do some biking or running too. squats mostly work your quads, i would stick to lunges.
Mandy, clothing stores don't do exchanges n bathing suits!!! They have no idea of knowing if u tried it on with or without panties on...so yea i guess u'll just have to del with the tinyness :)
its hard to judge if we can't see but you make it sound like you really don't like it so maybe you should return um, I have a bikini with those bottoms myself and a BIG ass, but I don't fall out of it, I think they are adorable
