jeezus christ there is no pleasing my new sales manager. this guy is a shark of all sales sharks. but i just cant get on this fuckers good side....no matter what i do, or how big my sales are. its so damn frustrating.

fuck, is this going to be a constant thing in adult carrer life?.....esp in the buisness world?

i deal with nothing but type-a after type-a personality business people who throw a fucking fit if they dont get something done ther way,right away. its crazy.

im in need of some good 'fuck it dont worry about your asshole boss' tips.

There was absolutely no pleasing my boss, and it seemed really impossible to see eye to eye with her EVER.

You know what I did? I challenged her. I told her when I thought she was wrong (albiet this needs to be done in the appropriate time, place & tone. )

I was seriously considering leaving my job because it was becoming really impossible to work with her.

And you know what? She just promoted me! Out of many people competing for the same position, it was me she chose. I think it perhaps had a lot to do with the fact that I was willing to challenge her.

yeah my post was a direct result of myself challenging my boss..i knew i was in the right and so did my sales manager...i just caught him off guard cause im a young kid full of energy willing to take him on...he stll scares the fuck out of me, but in my line of work it helps to show a little balls(or vagina:) )

you know when you move into a new condo and you have all nice new appliances in your house, or when you sit in a nice chair when you wait at a doctors office or in a restaurant, or when you watch a sweet kick ass big screen tv at a bar or sumthing...im the guy who negoitates the price and sale of all that shit...great money but HUGE stress as of a result.
