i think its mainly just the company i wokr for and thus the the bottom feeder shitheads that are the only one's willing to do buisness with us but fuck i hate how shady this industry is...alot of these people are crooks who pretend to be buisnessmen, im getting sick and fuckin tired of doing the dishonest shit that my boss gets me to do...im fuckin outta this place come septmeber w/ no regrets, i dont give a fuck if i end up taking a huge fuckin paycut id sleep better at night wiht less stress and im just tired of having a fuckin shady idiot for a boss, i could smoke fat crackrocks every day and still run this company better then he could..

Makes me appreciative of the land surveying company I work for. We have a reputation for being the ones to go to when you want work done with precision and attention to detail. As one client put it "I use you guys because everyone else cheats".

So much better feeling to strive to meet high standards.. rather than having to be in your position where you want to do a good job but ended up feeling apologetic because your company isn't concerned with that.

my company is the type that would hire you to do a layout, bust your balls to make sure you get it done fast, and then not pay you for three months, because progress at the site fell on its face either because of a) theres liens on the job or b) thew fact that were always short staffed and have shitty management means theres no one available to co-oridinate anything all the time you accounts recievable guy is bothering me when i have no abilty to make my boss pay and accounting isnt in my fuckin job description but i somehow get stuck with it.

its really frustrating..we should be making shit loads of money, i mean i trey and get jobs and i can bassically make a few phone calls, prepare an estimation and end up with a decent bid on a lucrative job worth a couple hundred thousand or even a million dollars, but everyhting will get fucked up because we cant get bonding for the job because we have shitty credit, we have no cash flow becasue the two jobs that we actually recieve money from are financing the three other jobs that are liened, and we have one stubborn idiot doing 80% of the co-ordination on the operations side(me doing the other 20 as well as all of the administration) and the guy dosnt want to hire anyone else who is capable enuff so he can delegate some of the responsibilty. and even if he did no one in their right mind would stay(or even has when hired) in such a shitty work environment. though its not really the quality of our work thats the problem because even people who hate us admit that its top notch, its just that this company is so poorly ran its not even funny.

you are lucky, keep up the good work, you have no idea how frustrating things are for me all the time....i just checked my account balance and my last paycheque is NSF :( ...im gonna jump of this boat before it finally sinks.
