Camera Addict...(?)

What the hell do I need with all of these cameras that I've bought?! I mean, I love them, but I keep on wasting money on them!

Maxxum 5, Stylus 300, Stylus Epic 115, 2 Q1's (just for fun), Finepix 303, Sureshot BF, and an older Canon SLR.

I think I have a problem...! And I can't stop buying accessories for them either (which are not cheap). Am I alone?

Mishka...I wish! Althooough, I am helping to photograph a wedding on Saturday, but it's not good money.

Sammy...We totally should. I need social support. Haha.... Your cameras are way better than mine though. So you'd be the leader/head.

i dont even own a digi cam.. i feel embarrassed when im out and i take out a point and shoot cam. i sooo need one before school starts.

You shouldn't feel embarrassed about sticking to a 35mm camera Bev. I still prefer my film over digital. If you do want to buy one though, I've been looking at Ebay and their prices are pretty damn low. Or you can pm me and I could get you my staff price from the company rep (except for Olympus...I've used up my max. purchases).

Jen---I'll let you know if something cool comes up or goes on sale...;) Plus, mall employees get like...5% off. Huge eh?!

Lamzwell...Canon's are so pricey though. With the S series, you basically pay for the compactibility. Personally, I like the A series better (only they're too big and heavy for a point and shoot digital)

hey jen, i saw a pretty small fuji film camera at ur store the other day for like 199. Can u get that any cheaper?? Cuz i think i might buy that.

The Finepix 120? I only get 10% at the store level, but if I called the Fuji rep, I can definitely get it cheaper. It has no optical zoom though. I'm not sure I would recommend it, just cuz my Dad has a Fuji digicam and it hasn't been the best.

jen... i just need a deace digi cam that can take pics day/night time, scenery/ppl.. with some zoom and maybe a few tricks.. something i can have fun with for school and both out... just something basic. what price am i looking towards?

Hmm...well, I guess you'd be looking at around $259+ for a 3x optical zoom and 3mp (not including Kodak, which is cheaper, but...well, you get what you pay for). There's a Pentax Optio 30 that's cheap and the pictures are okay. I'm not sure how much the reps will discount for any of the cameras until I call them up.

Add $100+ for accessories (bag, batteries, media card)
