Yeah, one passenger, but family members don't count. I don't follow that one, because the only way they can nail you for that is if they pull you over for speeding or at a traffic stop. If they pulled over every N driver just to see if they are following the rules, things would get f-cked up.

I never even drive with the N on the back of my car. I find the whole idea silly. Plus I work in valet parking, that would become a major pain in the ass after a while.

i got rid of mine about a year ago
easy as shit
although i had to take it 2x
1st time i ended up making a dangerous manouver turning right just feet away from the dmv parking lot so i failed automatically
2nd time i had streep throat and the lady was freaking out cause there was a spider in my car a bounus to she left her mirror in my car once the test was done she just wanted to get out

F-ck, that would be some dumb sh-t.

The only way anyone is going to get in trouble for these rules, is if they get pulled over, than they can check all your restrictions on your license... Lesson = Don't drive like a jackass around Police (unless you feel the need to stretch the legs of your V8 and run from em) and if at all possible, avoid road blocks.
