Not lifting with your legs
Oh sweet shit my back hurts sooo much... and of course I did it on a Friday. So now I get to hobble around the whole weekend all hopped up on painkillers that only last 30 min. Atleast tonight Ill be able to dull the pain with sweet sweet booze
