umbrellas
why do you people feel it necessary to have a battle of the plastic/rubber/cloth umbrella's everytime it starts to rain outside?
my eye almost got poked out about sixty times walking to my classes today. i'm going to start a revolution against umbrella use in vancouver. who's with me? |

They're nothing but a nuisance. Stupid thing breaks easily and decide to at the worst times. Besides that you just lose them again and again. The bus seems to be a black hole for umbrellas. Get on with it. Get off without it. fukasjrtisd2075stupidwp6138568umbrella!!

I'm soooo with you on this one Jake my boy! Ever since the advent of Gortex(TM) and other breathable, light, waterproof materials, the need for silly contraptions that constantly break (known as "umbrellas") has all but been irradicated. With the use of one quality jacket made from the aforementioned materials, one can stay completely dry (instead of "slightly drier than if I didn't have an umbrella") and not endanger anybody's eyes whatsoever! Not only that, but you're probably wearing a jacket anyway, why use a jacket and an umbrella since it has now become redundant.
