The faux fur trim season runs from NOVEMBER to FEBRUARY

Acceptable exceptions to this can only be made if it gets unseasonably chilly in late October/the first week of March.

I don't want to see it in September!!

..and damnit, I don't want to let go of Summer :**(

I think it's acceptable only after the temperature hits 0 at night.
Some years this doesn't happen until November...but damn it was cold this morning! brrr!

I was trying on parkas at the tna store yesterday. THEY HAVE MAGNETS INSTEAD OF BUTTONS!@#$&!

I know, it's like remember summer a few weeks ago?

man it was a great summer while it lasted..

I think my bitterment towards the faux fur originates with the fact that I'm not, at this point ready and/or willing to accept summer's ending :(

Jesus. We get to dress up in a month and a half, and we get a pretty colour show from the trees as they exeunt (followed by the bears) and THEN we can be all about Hot Chocolate and cuddles by fireplace....

And then finally it will be spring again, and as such fashionable once again for us to sing Let's Do It at random occasions.

well, i *have* cold so I have an excuse. I am inside my house, wearing a pink toque with hearts on it, one long sleeve over a long sleep zipup over a cotten knit sweater, and I'm still COLD!

I would rock the parka right now. Then again, I just like to be warm. I even rock hoodies in the middle of July. That's right! :P

It's getting really cold out lately. Almost fall.

some of us are weak, and get way colder wayyyyyy more easily. so fu, and lay off about the parka.
